About Dr. Dave

Dr. David Pilchman is an expert in the study of stress and its relationship with disease and performance.

Dr. Dave is a private practice psychologist in New Jersey for more than 25 years, he has successfully treated patients suffering from a range of medical disorders associated with excessive life stress including cardiovascular, digestive, and skin diseases. In addition, he has assisted individuals and their families in coping with the major stress resulting from acute or chronic medical illnesses and critical event.

He is committed to bringing "values based" performance excellence to individuals. He provides the mental skills required for peak performance in sports, academics, and business.

Dr. Pilchman is the founder of Solutions 4 Your Stress and NJ Peak Performance.
